About Dr. Erin Avery
Avery Educational Resources, LLC is an independent educational consulting practice that specializes in counseling students and their families throughout the college and boarding school search and application process. Dr. Erin Avery, founder and IECA Professional Member, has an illustrious educational background, receiving her BA from Boston College, and going on to receive her M.A.R. from Yale Divinity School, and M.St. from Oxford University and a Doctorate from Drew University.

Erin guides her students on a path of self-discovery to uncover their true strengths, interests and passions. And with that knowledge, we embark on a meaningful boarding school, college, or graduate school search, exploring beyond the ratings and rankings, to find a select group of schools that will cultivate who a student really is and what they want to become. When the right school is chosen for the right reasons, it not only fosters a lifelong love of learning, it also provides the foundation for a successful and fulfilling life beyond the years of formal education.

Avery Educational Resources, LLC offers a choice of college search packages to meet the needs of a wide variety of students. For those seeking a traditional college experience, we offer our Self-Discovery and Best Fit® packages. For students pursuing a specific educational path, we offer specialized packages, such as Creative Colleges, Prestige Aspirations track, Scholar Athlete, Equestrian Excellence, and Catholic/Homeschool programs. For students with special needs, we have developed a Learning Differences Package. Finally, for out-of-country students or students with exceptional circumstances, we offer Bespoke, an all-inclusive, customized, personalized college package.
